The world of PUBG Mobile has been set ablaze by the stunning victory of Geek Slate in the PUBG Mobile Pro League (PMPL): 2023 Malaysia Spring. The tournament, which lasted for two weeks, saw some of the world’s top gamers compete for the championship title and prize money of $21,600. And, in the end, it was the unstoppable squad of Geek Slate that emerged victorious, leaving the competition in awe of their incredible gameplay and flawless teamwork.

Throughout the tournament, Geek Slate showed their opponents no mercy, taking down their rivals with ruthless efficiency and tactical brilliance. They secured a whopping seven Chicken Dinners out of 40 matches played, proving beyond doubt that they were the best team in the competition. Their total score of 349 points left their nearest competitors, Don’t Break Dreams, trailing behind by 41 points, highlighting the sheer dominance of their performance.

Geek Slate’s success is a result of the collaboration between Geek Fam and Slate Esports, two top-tier teams in their own right. Together, they formed a formidable squad that proved to be unbeatable in the PMPL: 2023 Malaysia Spring. Their victory in this tournament comes on the back of their previous championship win in the PMPL MYSGPH 2022 Fall, cementing their place as the best Malaysian squad in the game.

Don’t Break Dreams also put in a commendable performance, securing eight Chicken Dinners, the most by any team in the tournament. Their cash prize of $15,800 is a testament to their efforts and determination, but it was still not enough to topple the might of Geek Slate.

RAV3NWOOD and Yoodo Alliance were consistent throughout the competition, securing third and fourth place, respectively. However, it was Geek Slate’s exceptional gameplay that stole the show and earned them a well-deserved spot in the Super League.

In contrast, Team Secret, despite adding star player Jumper to their lineup, could not achieve the success they were aiming for and finished in seventh place.

The prize pool of $73,800 was distributed among the top 20 teams, with each team receiving a share of the winnings. However, it was the top four teams that walked away with the lion’s share of the prize money, with Geek Slate and Don’t Break Dreams taking home the most significant amounts.

Apart from the prize money, several players also received individual awards for their outstanding performances. DamGood, the star player of Geek Slate, was declared the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the season. He also won the Gunslinger and Survivor titles, thanks to his incredible 81 finishes and 16,874 damage dealt in 40 games. Ivan from Genexus was awarded the Grenade Master title, while Kenny from RAV3NWOOD won the Eagle Eye award. Syamil from Yoodo Alliance received the Field Medic award for his exceptional support gameplay.

The PMPL: 2023 Malaysia Spring was a spectacular display of skill and teamwork, with some of the world’s best PUBG Mobile players competing for glory. However, it was the unrelenting power of Geek Slate that stood out, leaving no doubt in anyone’s mind that they are a force to be reckoned with in the world of PUBG Mobile. With their recent victories, they have set their sights on even greater success, and we can’t wait to see what they will achieve in the future.
